Photo Rotator 1.1.1.4

Photo Rotator 1.1.1.4

Photo Rotator is a very basic program that allows users to flip and rotate JPEGs. Although the program works fine, we suspect that most users already have a way to do this that doesn't require a whole separate program.
Photo Rotator's interface is basic and fairly intuitive. We don't especially like the fact that users have to drag and drop images into the program; although this is handy sometimes, we'd also like to have the option to go to a File menu and open images that way. Users can drag and drop multiple photos into the program, allowing them to make the needed adjustments to all photos and save them all at once. The program's features are limited. Users can flip images horizontally or vertically and rotate images 90, 180, or 270 degrees. That's pretty much it. The program's online Help file is really only a very brief explanation of the program's functions, although we concede that there's not much to explain. There is one tiny unlabeled button on the interface that doesn't seem to do anything, and the Help file doesn't address it at all.
Photo Rotator is free. It installs desktop icons without asking and leaves a folder behind upon removal. We do not particularly recommend this program; although it works, it seems silly to download a program for a single basic function that can easily be achieved elsewhere.
